Fletcher Finance has been founded on years of experience working in a variety of finance & management roles, providing finance to farmers, managing & securing business funding across a variety of sectors. This means we understand the challenges faced by rural business, and have the experience & skills to help address these.
OUR TEAM
The Fletcher Finance team is led by Matthew Fletcher and backed up by the Rural Finance team nationally.

Matthew is from a Lincolnshire farming family, studied Agricultural Economics at Newcastle, worked for ING Farm Finance, before training as an accountant with Deloitte's agribusiness team.
​
After moving to work in the Former Soviet Union with Deloitte, he moved back to the UK in 2007, running the family farm.
​
He has more recently been involved in the management of a Lincolnshire hotel & golf course, before starting Fletcher Finance in 2018.
